We’re an online platform dedicated to creating personalized children’s stories, delivered as digital PDFs with an optional audiobook version. Parents can customize the narrative using their child’s name, photo(s), and favorite hobbies to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
Currently, all of our products are digital. You’ll receive a downloadable PDF (and MP3 for audiobooks if selected). Physical copies may be offered in the future—stay tuned!
At this time, most of our stories are available in English. We’re exploring adding more languages based on customer demand.
Ordering & Account
While you can browse the site without an account, creating one helps you manage your orders, track downloads, and save personalization preferences for future purchases.
Simply pick a story from our catalog—or opt for a “Start from Scratch” option—add personalization details, select your format (PDF or PDF & Audiobook), and proceed to checkout with your payment details.
Absolutely. You can add multiple products to your cart and finalize everything in a single checkout.
The download links remain in your account permanently; however, we recommend saving the files locally once you receive them.

Personalization
Depending on the product, you can typically provide:
- Child’s name and age
- A photo or photos
- Preferred themes (e.g., STEM, Fantasy)
That’s completely fine! You can provide a brief description instead, and we’ll do our best to capture the child’s spirit.
Some of our stories are “multi-character” enabled. Look for a Multi-Character tag on the product page. If you’re unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
Give us as much detail as you’d like! The more specific you are about your child’s likes or personality, the more closely we can tailor the story.

Audiobooks
The audiobook is a professionally narrated MP3 version of your child’s story. It’s perfect for bedtime listening, road trips, or whenever you want to bring the story to life audibly.
We incorporate your child’s name and unique story elements into the narration. Any references to their interests or custom characters will also appear in the recording.
Currently, we recommend adding the audiobook at checkout. However, if you change your mind post-purchase, contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange an audiobook upgrade at an additional cost.
Delivery & Technical
How long does it take to receive my story?
You’ll receive a download link via email. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can log in and find your files in the “My Orders” section.
First, try re-downloading the file. Ensure your software is updated (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs, a standard media player for MP3s). If problems persist, contact us at support@ourstorytimes.com.
Refunds & Returns
Because our stories are personalized digital products, no physical returns are possible. We do, however, have a Refund and Return Policy covering cases like technical errors or incorrect personalization.
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If there is a significant error (e.g., wrong name, corrupted file), please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a potential correction or refund.
Privacy & Data Usage
We only use your data (including names, photos) to personalize your product. We may share this data with third-party AI providers strictly for creating your unique story elements. Review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes! Email us at support@ourstorytimes.com, and we’ll remove your data from our records and, where possible, from our third-party providers’ systems, unless legally required to retain it.
Future Features
We plan to introduce a subscription model in the future, allowing a set number of stories per month at a discounted rate. Keep an eye on our announcements!
Absolutely. Our creative team is always brainstorming new categories (Adventure, Values, Bedtime, etc.). If you have suggestions, we’d love to hear them!
Common Questions
Yes! Select “Gift This Story” at checkout. You can provide the recipient’s email or have it sent directly to you for later.
Our primary audience is kids aged 3–7. However, older kids may also enjoy them, especially for fun or sentimental keepsakes.
